FAQs
If you’re wondering whether this will actually work for you, you’re in the right place.
These FAQs cover the real questions people ask before committing—time, flexibility, fitness level, and what happens when life gets messy (because it will).
Commitment & Time
What if I miss a day—does that mean I failed the challenge?
Nope. Not even close.
Missed days are data, not failure. We look at why it happened, adjust the plan, and keep moving forward. Real life is part of the process—not a disqualifier.
How much time do I actually need each day? Be honest.
Honest answer: we’ll budget about 20 minutes of intentional movement per day.
Some days it’ll be more, some days less—but we start slow and build sustainably. This isn’t a “clear your entire schedule” situation.
Do I have to work out for 100 days straight?
Nope—and thank goodness.
This is a movement challenge, not a workout challenge. Movement can be a walk, mobility work, yoga, strength training, or anything that gets your body moving on purpose. Perfection not required. Consistency wins.
Fitness Level & Modifications
What if I’m really out of shape or just getting back into movement?
You are exactly who this was built for.
If you can walk for 20 minutes (or work up to it), you can do this challenge. No fitness base required—just a willingness to start where you are.
Is this only for people who already exercise?
Not at all.
This works for beginners and seasoned exercisers because you choose the intensity. Same framework, different dials. You control the volume.
Can this work if walking is my main form of movement?
Absolutely. Full stop.
Walking is a powerful foundation for building consistency, confidence, and long-term fitness—and it fits perfectly into this challenge.
Workouts & Movement
Are there structured workouts—or do I choose my own movement?
Both.
Each week, I’ll provide two simple strength sessions and one mobility session you can follow. On the other days, you choose your movement—and track it. Flexibility with a plan. Best of both worlds.
Is this going to turn into a daily bootcamp situation?
No. Hard no.
I don’t do bootcamps, and I don’t yell motivational phrases at people. This is sustainable training for real humans.
What if I already lift weights or follow another program?
Keep doing your thing.
This challenge can layer on top of what you’re already doing—or be a great excuse to refresh your programming if you’re feeling stuck or bored.
Coaching, Support & Accountability
How is this different from free challenges I’ve joined before?
Two big reasons: investment and support.
When you invest, you’re far more likely to follow through and keep promises to yourself. And yes—sometimes you really do get what you pay for. This isn’t a “good luck, see ya in 30 days” situation.
What kind of support do we actually get from you?
Real support—from a real human.
You’ll have access to me for guidance, education, and accountability throughout the challenge, plus a community that’s moving through this together. You’re not doing this alone.
What happens if I lose motivation halfway through?
Perfect. That’s actually part of the plan.
Motivation comes and goes—that’s normal. When it dips, you reach out to me, lean into the group, and we refocus. This challenge is built around strategies, not willpower.
Expectations & Logistics
Is this about weight loss—and what results should I expect after 100 days?
Weight loss isn’t the focus. Habit is.
After 100 days, the goal is that movement feels normal—like brushing your teeth. You’ll likely notice better energy, strength, mood, and consistency… and yes, bodies often change when habits change. But the real “before & after” is becoming someone who moves daily.
What happens after the 100 days are over?
You won’t just “finish.” You’ll graduate with a new identity: I’m a person who moves their body daily.
We’ll reflect on what worked, what didn’t, and what you want next—so you’re not left staring into the abyss on Day 101.
How does payment work, and what am I actually paying for?
It’s three installments of $99.
You’re paying for 15 weeks of group coaching, simple strength + mobility programming, weekly themes, mini challenges, and a community that keeps you accountable (aka: people who notice when you disappear). Also: my coaching brain—so you don’t have to white-knuckle this alone.
